To safeguard the confidentiality of reports and protect the identity of the reporter, all submissions are handled through a rigorous security process. Whistleblowers will not face any adverse treatment or discrimination due to their identity. However, reports involving malicious intent toward a specific individual, such as slander or harassment, or reports containing false information, may be subject to review and investigation by an external investigative body. Furthermore, if the report lacks sufficient detail—such as a real name or the name of a specific organization—the review may be suspended. Reports consisting of unsupported criticism, rumor, or disparagement may also be closed at our discretion.
