Training Coupon

• All courses are available for enrollment with a coupon, and each coupon is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
• To purchase coupons, please contact your account sales representative. If that is not possible, please reach out to tibero_edu@tibero.com.
• Cancellations must be submitted by 2:00 PM on the day prior to the training session. Any cancellations after that deadline, or failures to attend without notice, will cause the coupon to expire. (Coupons will be reinstated for cancellations made within the permitted timeframe.)

Registration Closed and Waitlist Information

• If the training session is full, please email tibero_edu@tibero.com to register for the waitlist. Should a cancellation occur,
  we will contact waitlisted individuals individually in the order received.
• Required information: Name, coupon number, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, company affiliation, department name, and desired training course name

Notice of Course Cancellation and Class Cancellation

• You can view your training application status or cancel your enrollment in My Page > Training Application Status.
• Courses may be canceled if fewer than five applicants are enrolled two days before the scheduled training date. In such cases, applicants will be notified by email.
• If the course is canceled or you cancel your registration, the coupon will be reissued and remains valid for use in the same course for up to one year.
  (e.g., Tibero Architecture applications → cancellation → only the same process (Tibero Architecture) can be reapplied)
