Online education
The following additional measures are applied to provide a smooth learning environment.
1. Account Creation: By accepting the mandatory items, you are considered to have agreed to the automatic creation of an account and the transfer of information to the external learning platform (Oasis Technologies).
2. Data Minimization: Information provided to the platform (name, email address, and company name) will be securely destroyed one year after the application date or immediately upon withdrawal from the service, whichever occurs first.
3. Notice on Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information (Required)
· Recipient : Oasis Technologies
· Destination Country: Singapore
· Personal Information Transferred: Name, Email Address, Company Name
· Purpose of Transfer: To provide online training services (e.g., video-based training and online examinations)
· Retention and Use Period: One (1) year from the date of the most recent training registration, or immediately upon withdrawal from the service
